We have made a paper chain as part of a project labelled ‘Paperchains for Christchurch’. Each doll represents the many different nationalities that makeup New Zealand. Two school children in Tauranga organised the project. Along with other schools throughout the country, we are going to attempt to beat the world record for the longest paper chain ( over 4 kms! )
We received our courier parcel from our buddy school ‘Matua Primary’ in Tauranga. We had fun trying to put the postcards together to make the message on the back. It was a tricky puzzle, but Willem managed to guess what it said when we had it half made. Super detective work!
